Reporting scopeFastOps reports and compares your existing data. It does not change campaigns, upload conversions, or add storefront tracking.
01 · Before you start
Open the connection screen
- In FastOps, open Settings → Workspace. Marketing Analytics is enabled by default; enable it here if it was previously turned off.
- Open Marketing from the main FastOps navigation.
- Keep this screen open. It displays a different authorized redirect URL for Google and Meta. Copy these values exactly.
ImportantDo not reuse a redirect URL from another store, language, staging site, or production site.
02 · Google Ads + GA4
Create the Google connection
- Create or select a Google Cloud project. Enable the Google Ads API, Google Analytics Admin API, and Google Analytics Data API in that project.
- Configure the OAuth consent screen. Add the Google users who will connect the account as test users while the app remains in testing.
- Create an OAuth client. Choose Web application. Under Authorized redirect URIs, paste the Google redirect URL displayed in FastOps.
- Copy the credentials to FastOps. Enter the OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret.
- Add the Google Ads developer token. Get it from the API Center of a Google Ads manager account. The token must have access appropriate for the accounts you report.
- Use Manager account ID only when needed. If the connecting user reaches client accounts through a manager account, enter that manager customer ID without hyphens. Leave it blank for direct advertiser access.
- Choose Save credentials, then Connect. Sign in as a Google user who can access the required Google Ads accounts and GA4 properties.
03 · Meta Ads
Create the Meta connection
- Create or select a Meta app in Meta for Developers and connect it to the Business portfolio that owns or manages the advertising accounts.
- Add the login and Marketing API capabilities required by the app. In the Facebook Login settings, paste the Meta redirect URL displayed in FastOps into Valid OAuth Redirect URIs.
- Copy the App ID and App Secret into FastOps, then choose Save credentials.
- Choose Connect and sign in as a Meta user who can access the required ad accounts. Approve the requested reporting permissions.
- If people outside the app’s roles will connect, complete Meta’s required app review and switch the app to Live mode first.
04 · Choose accounts
Finish setup in FastOps
- Wait for account discovery to finish, then select only the Google Ads accounts, GA4 properties, and Meta ad accounts that belong to this WooCommerce store.
- Choose Use selected accounts. FastOps schedules the initial report import in the background.
- Use Connection health to confirm the latest successful synchronization or see an account-specific error.
05 · Troubleshooting
Common connection problems
- Redirect URI mismatch
- Copy the redirect URL again from the same store and provider card. It must match the provider configuration character for character.
- No Google Ads accounts appear
- Confirm the signed-in user has account access, the developer token is usable for production accounts, and the Manager account ID is the manager used for that access.
- No GA4 properties appear
- Enable both Analytics APIs and confirm the signed-in Google user has access to the GA4 property.
- No Meta ad accounts appear
- Confirm the Meta user has access through the correct Business portfolio and the app is available to that user.
- Connection expired or was revoked
- Open Connections in Marketing and use Reconnect. You do not need to recreate the application credentials unless they changed.
