Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026 · These terms govern FastOps for WooCommerce, provided by Webkonsulenterne .

1. What the service is

FastOps for WooCommerce consists of WordPress plugin software and a cloud service. The subscription ("FastOps Pro") provides: signed software updates delivered automatically to your registered sites, the licensing and fleet-health service at fastops.io, and support from our team. The plugin runs entirely on your own WordPress installation; your store's products, orders and customers never pass through our servers.

2. Software licence — and what the subscription actually buys

The plugin software is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. The GPL gives you the right to use, inspect and modify the code, and nothing in these terms restricts those rights. Your subscription and licence key do not gate the software: they entitle your sites to the services — verified updates, the cloud connection, and support. If your subscription ends, installed software keeps working exactly as it is; it stops receiving updates and support. The FastOps for WooCommerce name and logo are trademarks of Webkonsulenterne: the GPL grants rights to the code, not to distribute software under our name.

3. Accounts and licence keys

4. Subscriptions, renewal and prices

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase: if FastOps for WooCommerce is not right for your store, email [email protected] within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. A refund ends the subscription and its licences. Renewal payments are not refundable, which is why cancelling before renewal is always available; statutory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.

6. If payment fails, or a subscription lapses

A failed renewal suspends updates and support until payment succeeds — deliberately, your installed store keeps running exactly as it is. We never disable, degrade or reach into your WordPress site: the software makes only outbound requests to us, and no mechanism exists for us to execute anything on your servers.

7. Acceptable use

You may not resell licence keys, misrepresent staging sites as separate customers to exceed plan limits, attempt to disrupt the service or other customers' use of it, or use the service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend service for serious or persistent breach, with notice where practicable.

8. Warranties and liability

We build and test this software carefully, and the service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Beyond what these terms state and what the law requires, the software and service are provided "as is"; the GPL's warranty disclaimer applies to the code. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Data

What we process and why is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before taking effect, and continuing to renew constitutes acceptance. You may terminate at any time by cancelling. Sections that by nature survive termination (licensing, liability, governing law) survive.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark. If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
