A WooCommerce-familiar product editor, VAT previews and phone search
The product editor is reorganised into Product data tabs, orders show live VAT previews and refund availability, and you can search orders by phone number.

- Order search by billing or shipping phone number, including formatted international numbers.
- An immediate shipping VAT and VAT-inclusive total preview when the order has one clear VAT rate; WooCommerce still performs the final calculation on save.
- A sticky section navigator on long order, subscription and coupon editors.
- Store settings to show or hide the Shipping, Linked products and Advanced product sections, and to hide the operational notice bar; required setup errors stay visible.

- The product editor uses one Product data surface with tabs for Pricing, Inventory, Options and attributes, Variants, Shipping, Linked products, Downloads and Advanced.
- The order sidebar is ordered Status, Order actions, Order attribution, Organisation and Customer, and scrolls independently on desktop.
- Refunds show the amount already refunded and the amount still available; Tax is called VAT throughout.
- Prices, Cost of Goods and other numeric fields, order lines, refunds and totals use WooCommerce's configured decimal and thousands separators and precision.
- Order price, quantity, tax-class, item, coupon and address changes trigger WooCommerce-equivalent recalculation on save; refund quantities fill proportional totals and VAT.
- Download permissions appear only when the order contains a downloadable product.
Fixed
- Open editors no longer jump or drift during saves and background sync.
- Attachment uploads accept documents, PDFs, archives, audio and video, not just image formats; executable files remain blocked.
- Cost of Goods fields are restored in the variation editor, with existing variation costs filled in.
- Search boxes keep spaces, focus and typed text, and picker results always reflect the latest search.
- Active and on-hold subscriptions on HPOS stores can no longer be skipped by a rebuild, and the deprecated last-payment lookup is replaced.
- Variation rows stay readable on phone-width screens.
