Release notes

What's new in FastOps for WooCommerce.

Every release, newest first, in the words of what changed for you. Updates arrive through FastOps Cloud as signed packages, and each version here is the one your store can install.

v2.4.4

Marketing Analytics for Google Ads, GA4 and Meta, plus a wave of new integrations

Connect Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Ads and see advertising spend against real WooCommerce revenue and profit, edit orders and variations from the list, and manage many more extensions directly in FastOps.

  • Added 20
  • Improved 4
  • Compatibility 5
  • Marketing
  • Analytics
  • Orders
  • Products
  • Integrations
  • Multilingual

Added

  • Marketing Analytics: connect Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Ads, choose which accounts and GA4 properties belong to this store, and compare ad spend, impressions, clicks, platform conversions and sessions with matched WooCommerce orders, revenue and gross profit.
  • Marketing reports cover Channels, Campaigns, Ads, traffic acquisition and matched product performance, with ROAS, POAS, contribution after ads and attribution coverage, and a Needs attention panel that flags campaigns spending without matched revenue, spend outrunning profit, or sessions falling sharply.
  • Marketing data is kept per currency and never combined across currencies, ranges go back up to two years, imports run in the background with a Sync now action, and Connection health shows the last successful import.
  • Analytics gains long-range monthly history with Last 12 months and All time ranges, comparison with the previous year, and server-sorted reports.
  • Analytics product groups: build a group from chosen products or a whole category, brand or other term (up to 5,000 products) and follow its sales over time with SKU breakdown and top customers; groups keep their history even when products are hidden or discontinued.
  • A Primary reporting category on each product so its revenue is counted in one category only, plus Cost of goods, Gross profit, Gross margin and Profit by product reports where cost of goods is recorded.
  • Order Quick view from the Orders list: review and edit order lines and see the order total without opening the full editor; trashed orders open read-only.
  • Variation quick edit from the Products list: change a variation's attributes, SKU, status, regular and sale price and stock in place.
  • Custom navigation: a settings manager can add up to six shared links to the FastOps menu for everyone using the store.
  • A Back to top control on long lists, and a Settings → Tools page for building or rebuilding the store's local sync with visible progress.
  • WooCommerce Composite Products: edit a composite's components, titles, descriptions and options, with pricing and shipping choices for the entire composite or a matching configuration.
  • YITH Product Bundles: fixed and per-item pricing including regular and sale prices, bundle shipping, selection limits, stock, tax and sold-individually settings, and the complete bundled-item builder with quantities, optional rows, allowed variations, default variation attributes, names, descriptions, images, discounts, visibility and ordering.
  • YITH Barcodes: see a product's or order's barcode and protocol, and generate or delete barcodes from FastOps.
  • YITH PDF Invoices and Packing Slips: create or regenerate invoices and packing slips from the order and see the invoice number.
  • Fortnox Hub: see whether an order can sync to Fortnox and send or update it from the order actions.
  • Twilio SMS: see whether a customer can receive SMS, control automated SMS updates, and send an SMS from the order.
  • Product Availability Scheduler: enable a schedule with available-from and available-until times and a countdown directly on the product.
  • AI SEO Generator: generate and apply Rank Math title, description and focus keyword for categories and other product taxonomies, and generate a formatted category description from the category's products and subcategories.
  • WPML: each product row shows its language and whether it is the original or a translation, orders show their language, and multi-currency prices are shown read-only so you always know which version you are editing.
  • WPML's own taxonomy hierarchy warning now appears inside FastOps with a link to WPML's synchronisation screen for each affected taxonomy, and disappears once WPML reports the sync complete.

Improved

  • Screen options are now called List options and are saved per user for Products, Orders and Subscriptions.
  • A store setting can start the Products page with the category sidebar collapsed; each user can reopen it with Show categories.
  • User activity search now also matches SKUs and order numbers, and each entry lists the affected records.
  • Danish and Swedish translations extended to cover Marketing Analytics and the new integrations.

Compatibility

  • Automatic Order Printing shows the result of the plugin's automatic print attempt on each order.
  • Multi-Location stock availability can be set per configured location on the product.
  • Webba Booking percentage coupons can be limited to selected bookings.
  • Secondary category descriptions and ThemeHigh Variation Swatches settings are editable in FastOps.
  • Delivery details from the Coderockz delivery and pickup plugin are shown on orders.
v2.3.0

Quick edit from the product list, a user activity page and a Swedish interface

Change prices, stock and sale dates without opening the full product editor, see who changed what across the store, and work in Swedish as well as English and Danish.

  • Added 5
  • Improved 3
  • Fixed 4
  • Products
  • Multilingual

Added

  • Product Quick edit from the Products list: name, SKU, status, regular and sale price with sale start and end dates, stock tracking and quantity, stock status, backorders and catalogue visibility.
  • A User activity page showing who changed which product, order, subscription or coupon and when, with filters by user and record type, search by user, record name, ID or action, and Load older activity.
  • Activity inside each product, order, subscription and coupon can be searched, and the store can hide the main Activity page while keeping per-record history.
  • A Swedish interface alongside English and Danish; FastOps notices in wp-admin now follow the same translations.
  • Show and hide the category sidebar on the Products page.

Improved

  • Save messages are simpler: Finishing save, Saved, or Saved with warnings with a downloadable warning report.
  • Custom descriptions on YITH Product Bundles and WooCommerce Product Bundles items now use a rich-text editor.
  • Product, order and subscription status counts appear as soon as a full rebuild of the local sync finishes.

Fixed

  • A sale start date after the sale end date is rejected before saving.
  • EU VAT Assistant, WooCommerce EU VAT fields and the accounting integration no longer appear on subscriptions unless WooCommerce Subscriptions is installed.
  • The accounting integration link is detected on plugin releases that print the link instead of returning it.
  • Order status transitions with names longer than WooCommerce can store are no longer offered, since they could never succeed.
v2.0.26

Correct currency labels for WPML languages and complete list options

Prices in each WPML language now carry the currency configured for that language, and every list option is remembered reliably.

  • Fixed 4
  • Multilingual
  • Products

Fixed

  • WooCommerce Multilingual product and variation prices show the currency configured for the WPML language you are viewing, while order currencies are unchanged.
  • The Product Date column can be shown or hidden and the choice is kept across reloads, with reset-to-default working for Products, Orders and Subscriptions.
  • Order list options include every status, plugin, document, accounting and extension column, so an active integration cannot be missed.
  • The product image tile uses a compact Remove action with a clear accessible label for featured and gallery images.
v2.0.25

Featured stars, struck-through sale prices and a rearrangeable product editor

Mark products as featured from the list, see regular prices struck through beside active sale prices, and arrange the product editor cards the way you work.

  • Added 3
  • Fixed 4
  • Products

Added

  • An optional Featured column in the Products list with a WooCommerce-style star you can toggle in place.
  • Active sales show the regular price struck through beside the current sale price, including variable-product ranges; future and expired sale schedules are not shown as current discounts.
  • Product and variation editor cards can be moved up and down or between the main and sidebar columns, and the layout is remembered per user.

Fixed

  • Product and variation images can be unassigned without deleting them from the Media Library.
  • Returning to an editor tab left open in the background no longer shows a false takeover by the same user.
  • WPML update-translation markers meet accessibility contrast requirements in both light and dark themes.
  • A warning on MariaDB during upgrade no longer appears.
v2.0.24

Status and stock counts, image removal and a full-cell checkbox

Lists now show live counts per status, product type and stock status, images can be removed without touching the Media Library, and bulk editing covers every order status.

  • Added 2
  • Improved 3
  • Fixed 7
  • Products
  • Orders
  • Bulk
  • Multilingual

Added

  • Product, order and subscription status counts, product type counts, and a stock-status filter on Products.
  • Direct image-removal controls in the product and variation editors: unassign the featured image, individual gallery images, or clear the whole gallery without deleting anything from the Media Library.

Improved

  • The whole checkbox cell is the selection target in Products, Orders, Subscriptions and Coupons, so clicking beside the box no longer opens the record.
  • The selected-record toolbar keeps its row, so selecting the first product no longer shifts the list.
  • Product filters are labelled Types and Stock with their counts.

Fixed

  • Order bulk edit offers one status action for every registered WooCommerce status, including custom statuses, instead of a fixed four.
  • Bulk extension fields keep their native controls: multi-select, tag, media and date fields work as such, and repeaters are no longer shown as a plain text box.
  • WooCommerce stock labels that carry formatting are shown as plain text in FastOps stock controls.
  • Product bulk Trash moves products through WordPress and WooCommerce trash properly, and they remain recoverable from FastOps Trash.
  • Bulk jobs no longer sit at Preparing target snapshot 0/0.
  • Returning to a backgrounded editor tab no longer shows a false same-user takeover, while genuine conflicts between tabs and users are still enforced.
  • WPML product languages never return an empty list while language data is still being prepared, active-language changes are picked up, and WPML Media featured-image and gallery mappings reach translations.
v2.0.23

Special characters display correctly

Names such as "Have- & parkmaskiner" now display correctly everywhere instead of showing stray "amp;" text.

  • Fixed 1
Show the 1 change

Fixed

  • Encoded characters in category trees, lists, editors and extension fields are decoded exactly once, and any markup in them remains harmless text.
v2.0.22

Images always load on HTTPS stores

Product, picker, taxonomy and avatar images load reliably on HTTPS stores and through image CDNs.

  • Fixed 2
Show the 2 changes

Fixed

  • Same-store image addresses are normalised to the current address, so an older http address can no longer make an HTTPS FastOps page reject its own media.
  • Images served from an HTTPS attachment CDN and avatar images are permitted.
v2.0.21

Faster first load of WPML product lists

WPML stores open the Products page in one pass instead of loading, clearing and reloading the first page.

  • Fixed 2
  • Multilingual
  • Performance
Show the 2 changes

Fixed

  • The default WPML language is applied before the first product list request, so the Taxonomy Manager no longer clears and refetches the initial rows.
  • A loading list shows Loading rather than Showing 0 results and End of results at the same time.
v2.0.20

Consistent order action icons on every store

Completed always uses the tick, and every core order action keeps the same icon whatever plugins are active.

  • Fixed 1
  • Orders
Show the 1 change

Fixed

  • Core order actions reserve their icons before plugin and custom actions are assigned, so custom statuses stay distinct without displacing a core icon.
v2.0.19

Every order action gets its own icon

No two actions in an order row share an icon, even on stores with many providers and documents.

  • Fixed 1
  • Orders
Show the 1 change

Fixed

  • Status, email, stock, payment, shipping, document, accounting, provider, Trash and Restore actions each receive a distinct icon, assigned the same way on every row.
v2.0.18

Every order status available, only the common ones shown by default

All registered order statuses can be enabled as row actions, while Processing and Completed stay on by default to keep rows uncluttered.

  • Improved 1
  • Orders
Show the 1 change

Improved

  • Additional status transitions appear as row actions only when a manager enables them in list options.
v2.0.17

Plugin-registered order statuses as row actions

Every order status your extensions register can be shown or hidden as a per-order action.

  • Added 1
  • Fixed 2
  • Orders
  • Multilingual
Show the 3 changes

Added

  • Order list options list every status registered in WooCommerce, including those added by extensions, each individually switchable.

Fixed

  • Order rows show the enabled status transitions and omit only the row's current status.
  • The WPML holding tab and taxonomy resizing work on stores with strict content security settings.
v2.0.16

A visible holding page while WPML prepares a translation

Clicking a WPML translation action shows progress while WPML prepares the job, and errors stay visible instead of leaving an empty tab.

  • Improved 1
  • Fixed 1
  • Multilingual
Show the 2 changes

Improved

  • The translation tab shows live waiting time, reports slower WPML job preparation, and then hands over to WPML's translation editor.

Fixed

  • If WPML cannot resolve the job, the exact error and a Close control remain in the opened tab.
v2.0.15

Restore-only trashed orders and a sticky editor header

Trashed orders offer Restore and nothing else, and the Back, title and actions header stays visible while scrolling any editor.

  • Improved 4
  • Orders
Show the 4 changes

Improved

  • Trashed order rows show Restore only; status, email, stock, payment, shipping, document, accounting and Trash actions are suppressed.
  • Restoring returns the order to its exact pre-Trash status and refreshes the list immediately.
  • The order editor becomes restore-only while the record is trashed.
  • Back sits above the record title, and the whole header stack stays sticky on product, variation, order, subscription and coupon editors.
v2.0.14

Clearer order action icons and a sticky Back control

Order actions use recognisable icons instead of repeated generic ones, and Back is always within reach in editors.

  • Improved 2
  • Orders
Show the 2 changes

Improved

  • Order list action icons use distinct, familiar metaphors; same-family provider actions receive a different variant within the row.
  • Back joins the sticky editor header on product, variation, order, subscription and coupon pages.
v2.0.13

Tooltips and per-user visibility for order actions

Hover or focus any order action to see its full name, and choose which actions appear in your own order rows.

  • Added 1
  • Fixed 1
  • Orders
Show the 2 changes

Added

  • Order list options let each user show or hide every core status and lifecycle action and each provider, document and accounting action.

Fixed

  • Action tooltips appear immediately on hover and keyboard focus and are never clipped by the list.
v2.0.12

Order row actions that no longer ask you to reopen the record

Actions run directly from the order row work reliably, with native-style icons and full tooltips.

  • Fixed 2
  • Orders
Show the 2 changes

Fixed

  • Row actions no longer fail with "This record must be opened for editing again"; FastOps and WooCommerce edit locks are released on every path.
  • The cramped action dropdown is replaced by icon controls with accessible labels; Order Status Manager keeps its configured icons.
v2.0.11

Search finds the parent product for a variation, and Frisbii captures the right amount

Searching by a variation's SKU, ID or name returns its parent product, and Frisbii partial captures keep the amount you entered.

  • Fixed 2
  • Compatibility 1
  • Products
  • Orders
Show the 3 changes

Fixed

  • Product search returns the parent product when a variation matches by SKU, exact ID or its WooCommerce variation name.
  • Frisbii specified-amount capture preserves the requested amount on affected 1.8.x releases, and cancellation follows the plugin's own rules.

Compatibility

  • Verified on a large HPOS multisite store with Stock Sync, WooCommerce Delivery Notes and Packing Slips, QuickPay and Webshipper.
v2.0.10

An Actions column on orders and bulk actions that match your store

Run status changes, emails, stock and provider actions from each order row, and bulk actions now mirror what your active plugins support.

  • Added 2
  • Fixed 3
  • Orders
  • Bulk
  • Integrations
Show the 5 changes

Added

  • A dedicated Actions column on Orders for core status, email, download, stock and Trash operations plus active provider actions and document or accounting links.
  • Bulk order operations now reflect the store's active plugins: WooCommerce status, Trash and privacy actions, Order Status Manager bulk statuses, QuickPay payment links and recurring capture, WooCommerce Fulfillments, Advanced Order Export and Delivery Notes output.

Fixed

  • Private and customer notes and the non-native email, stock and download actions are removed from bulk edit and remain single-order actions.
  • QuickPay payment links follow QuickPay 8.x and are offered for any eligible unpaid order.
  • Order Status Manager transitions, bulk flags and custom email actions come from its own configuration.
v2.0.9

Order actions in bulk edit

Bulk edit separates ordinary field changes from order actions such as notes, emails and stock adjustments.

  • Added 2
  • Security 1
  • Orders
  • Bulk
Show the 3 changes

Added

  • Bulk order actions for private and customer notes, customer order details, the new-order notification, download-permission regeneration, stock reduction and restoration, and WooCommerce's personal-data removal when enabled.
  • Bulk-safe integration actions for the processing email, Event Tickets attendees, order due dates and Webshipper; refunds, payment actions and printing stay single-order only.

Security

  • Submitted bulk actions are checked against what the store actually allows, so a refund or other single-order action cannot be pushed into bulk processing.
v2.0.8

Faster first product list on busy stores

A small patch that speeds up the first load of the Products page.

  • Fixed 1
  • Performance
Show the 1 change

Fixed

  • Remembered taxonomy filters are applied to the very first product list request, removing a redundant unfiltered load.
v2.0.7

Product Sorting, Shipmondo, PixelYourSite, PensoPay and Frisbii

Drag-to-sort products without rewriting the whole catalogue, and manage Shipmondo, PixelYourSite, EU VAT and B2B fields and provider payment actions in FastOps.

  • Products
  • Orders
  • Integrations

Show the 12 changes

Added

  • Product feed overrides for AdTribes Product Feed, EU VAT and B2B order fields, Shipmondo service points and tracking, and WooCommerce Brands coupon restrictions.
  • PixelYourSite Pro and Super Pack product conversion, head and footer scripts, custom thank-you page and tag-exclusion controls, plus read-only attribution and customer analytics.
  • PensoPay and Frisbii payment-link, full and partial capture and cancellation actions on orders.

Improved

  • The catalogue-ordering control is now called Sorting, matching WooCommerce.
  • Sorting touches only the products affected by a drag instead of renumbering the entire catalogue, so it is instant on very large stores.
  • Product stock cells carry plain stock-state classes for safe Custom CSS targeting.

Fixed

  • WooCommerce Multilingual product sorting updates only the changed translation groups and keeps the default language in charge.
  • WPML translation actions go straight to WPML's Translation Management queue and fail visibly if the store cannot prepare the job.
  • Shipmondo priority actions cover both current and legacy tracking formats.
  • YITH variation badge schedule dates no longer shift by one day in the store's timezone.
  • WooCommerce 11 coupon Brands restrictions are read back correctly after a save.
  • Sorting confirms in the original request when the store is healthy and backs off politely if it is not.
v2.0.6

Product search covers descriptions and slugs

Product search now matches slugs, short and full descriptions, and custom ordering saves reliably.

  • Improved 2
  • Fixed 1
  • Performance 1
  • Products
  • Performance
  • Multilingual
Show the 4 changes

Improved

  • Product search includes the slug, short description and full description, and a SKU prefix match no longer hides title and description results.
  • WPML translation actions and custom ordering complete within the original request on responsive stores, removing a second round trip.

Fixed

  • Product custom ordering submits exactly one change, persists across reloads, and falls back safely when background processing is unavailable.

Performance

  • A first-time ordering normalisation on a large catalogue is many times faster.
v2.0.5

Column sorting, date filters and custom product ordering

Sort the current view by price, inventory or date, filter orders and subscriptions by created date, and drag products into a custom catalogue order.

  • Added 4
  • Fixed 3
  • Products
  • Orders
  • Subscriptions
Show the 7 changes

Added

  • Sort the current Products view from the Price, Inventory and Date column headers.
  • Created-date filters for Orders and Subscriptions: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, This year and a custom range, with From and To calendar buttons and a Clear filters action; bulk edits of the current view keep the same window.
  • A Product custom ordering mode with a dedicated drag grip that sets WooCommerce's own catalogue order.
  • Brands by CTX Feed support for CTX Feed Pro: choose, create and clear a brand on products, change it in bulk, and manage brands in the Taxonomy Manager.

Fixed

  • Dragging a product to a category still works on the rest of the row; only the grip reorders.
  • Reloading a custom-ordered Products view keeps the custom order.
  • Rebuild progress updates only its own card, so open filter menus stay open.
v2.0.2

Currency filters and WPML translation actions in the product list

Filter orders and subscriptions by currency, and add, edit or update WPML translations straight from the Products list.

  • Added 2
  • Orders
  • Subscriptions
  • Multilingual
Show the 2 changes

Added

  • Currency selectors on Orders and Subscriptions, also honoured by current-view bulk edits.
  • WPML-style add, edit, update, waiting and in-progress translation actions in the Products list and product editor, using WPML's own choice of translation editor.
v2.0.1

Analytics split into familiar reports, and a Subscriptions order column

Analytics now mirrors WooCommerce's report layout, and orders show whether they are parent, renewal or resubscribe orders.

  • Added 3
  • Improved 3
  • Fixed 4
  • Analytics
  • Orders
  • Subscriptions
Show the 10 changes

Added

  • An Orders column, on stores with WooCommerce Subscriptions, identifying parent, renewal, resubscribe and normal orders with the familiar symbols; switchable in list options.
  • Analytics is split into Overview, Revenue, Orders, Products, Variations, Categories, Coupons, Customers, Stock, Taxes and Downloads, plus Attribution, Cohorts, Fulfillment and, where costs exist, Profit, each with its own CSV export.
  • A compact checkbox order-status multiselect and a responsive mobile menu.

Improved

  • Orders created in the last 24 hours show minutes-or-hours-ago values like WooCommerce, with the exact time in the tooltip.
  • The interface-language selector moved from the header into Settings; FastOps-only users get a Personal Settings page.
  • HPOS compatibility is declared by the Pro plugin, removing WooCommerce's warning when Pro is active.

Fixed

  • Analytics history fills newest-first, so recent reports populate before older history.
  • Empty Analytics reports use one compact state instead of stretching to fill the page, and the sales chart works on stores with strict content security settings.
  • Analytics backfill no longer sits at zero while a rebuild is in progress.
  • Historical refund tax and cost-of-goods reversals follow WooCommerce's own refund allocation, so tax and profit reports are correct.
v2.0.0

Analytics arrives, with English and Danish interfaces

FastOps Pro adds an Analytics workspace with comparison periods and CSV export, and the whole interface is available in Danish.

  • Added 3
  • Fixed 2
  • Analytics
  • Multilingual
Show the 5 changes

Added

  • A Pro Analytics workspace with comparison periods; sales, refunds, coupons, tax, shipping, order and item metrics; interval charts; product and category rankings; order drill-down and CSV export.
  • Strict currency filtering and an independent WPML content-language dimension, so amounts in different currencies are never combined.
  • Complete English and Danish interface translations, selectable per user independently of the WPML content language.

Fixed

  • WooCommerce Multilingual translated siblings refresh immediately after a save, so translated product details are never stale.
  • Order activity stays current and saved details refresh before success is shown.
v1.6.6

A tidier order-status bar and product Clone on hover

More statuses becomes a compact tab, and Clone sits beside the product name instead of taking a column.

  • Improved 2
  • Orders
  • Products
Show the 2 changes

Improved

  • More statuses is a compact tab with a count, and every status in its searchable picker uses the same type size as the pinned filters.
  • Product Clone appears beside the product name on hover, focus or touch, and can be shown or hidden in list options.
v1.6.5

Rebuilt release packages

A packaging correction that ships the verified 1.6.4 features in properly built Community and Pro packages.

  • Fixed 1
Show the 1 change

Fixed

  • The Community and Pro packages are rebuilt from the verified source containing list options, product Clone, pinned order statuses and the taxonomy image chooser; the earlier 1.6.4 archives predated those changes.
v1.6.4

List options, product Clone and a searchable status picker

Choose your own columns for Orders, Products and Subscriptions, clone a product in one click, and pin the statuses you use most.

  • Added 6
  • Fixed 4
  • Orders
  • Products
  • Subscriptions
Show the 10 changes

Added

  • WooCommerce-style list options for Orders, Products and Subscriptions: each user shows or hides columns, including add-on payment, profit and export columns, without affecting anyone else.
  • A searchable complete order-status picker with up to six pinned statuses as quick filters.
  • A SKU column in the Products list.
  • Product Clone as a confirmed draft copy, including variations and extension data, available on each row and in the editor.
  • A Media Library chooser for category and brand images instead of a numeric ID field.
  • A store setting for the opening workspace, Products by default or Orders, and an accounting site-ID setting detected from the active Ecoapp provider.

Fixed

  • Cost of Goods for WooCommerce product and variation editing works when WooCommerce's own cost feature is disabled, including variable defaults, variation overrides and order-cost refreshes, without showing a duplicate field.
  • Sync progress no longer re-renders an open Settings or extension page.
  • Category trees load with far less data on stores with long category descriptions.
  • Status tab strips no longer show a stray vertical scrollbar.
v1.6.3

Clear refund choices and a steadier start-up

Refunds now offer an explicit choice between refunding through the payment provider or recording a manual refund, and the workspace opens without flicker.

  • Added 1
  • Improved 3
  • Fixed 3
  • Orders
Show the 7 changes

Added

  • A Full screen control in the header for browsers that support it, separate from the Full width layout.

Improved

  • The ambiguous refund checkbox is replaced by Refund via {payment method} and Create manual refund; only the first asks the provider for money.
  • Changing an order status to Refunded follows WooCommerce's manual full-refund behaviour and never charges the provider.
  • Edit ownership is acquired silently; a dialog appears only for a real conflict, takeover or error, with Go back and Take over.

Fixed

  • Start-up no longer paints intermediate screens before the requested page.
  • Taxonomy loading and empty-state text meet accessibility contrast on the light theme.
  • Long add-on field sets in the category create and edit dialog scroll instead of being clipped.
v1.6.2

Cumulative release candidate

A version bump that packages the 1.6.1 changes for release testing.

  • Fixed 1
Show the 1 change

Fixed

  • Community and Pro are matched at 1.6.2 with no behavioural change from 1.6.1.
v1.6.1

See who else is editing, and Custom CSS for the workspace

Two people opening the same record now see each other, and managers can style the FastOps workspace with their own CSS.

  • Added 4
  • Fixed 3
  • Products
  • Orders
  • Subscriptions
Show the 7 changes

Added

  • Concurrent-edit ownership for products, variations, orders and subscriptions: a second person sees who is editing and can go back or take over, and the displaced editor is told and cannot save.
  • Edit ownership interoperates with WordPress's own product edit lock and WooCommerce's order lock, including HPOS stores.
  • A manager-only Custom CSS section in Settings that applies only inside the FastOps workspace.
  • The selected-item action bar stays pinned beneath the header while a list is scrolled.

Fixed

  • Order status changes now run WooCommerce's normal lifecycle, so Frisbii Pay, QuickPay, PensoPay, ViaBill, Nexi, Vipps/MobilePay, supplier, export, email, stock and note steps all run as they would in wp-admin.
  • A patch installation can no longer leave an older editor hiding newly added controls.
  • Reliable, value-specific CSS classes on order, payment, export and extension status badges for Custom CSS.
v1.6.0

Per-user access, themes, drag-and-drop categories and review-first refunds

Grant FastOps access per WordPress user, choose light or dark, drag products into categories, and prepare a full refund before committing to it.

  • Added 4

  • Fixed 4
  • Products
  • Orders
Show the 12 changes

Added

  • Per-user FastOps access on WordPress user profiles with Standard and Standard with analytics levels, plus Users bulk actions to grant or revoke access; FastOps-only accounts cannot browse wp-admin.
  • Drag products onto categories in the Taxonomy Manager: dropping moves them, a modifier key adds instead, and Move, Add and Remove buttons remain available; the sidebar is resizable.
  • Prepare full refund fills WooCommerce's exact remaining quantities, net, VAT and gross amounts for review, without creating the refund or choosing restock or provider actions for you.
  • A per-user Full width toggle and System, Light and Dark themes that persist per user and browser.

Improved

  • Settings is a full page with General, Workspace, User access and Debugging sections; hosting readiness and support reports live under Debugging.
  • Sync progress shows real totals, remaining records and a percentage.
  • List headings show a prominent record count.
  • Refund allocation is shown as total excluding VAT, VAT by rate and gross including VAT, matching WooCommerce.

Fixed

  • Refunds whose stored VAT has more precision than the displayed currency are accepted at the displayed value without altering WooCommerce's internal figures.
  • Category trees start collapsed and remember only the branches you open, per taxonomy and WPML language.
  • The Not assigned view is scoped to the selected taxonomy only.
  • The order-line Subtotal input is replaced by a derived Unit price, with quantity, discounts and tax handled exactly as before.
v1.5.0

WPML category management and Advanced Order Export status

Manage categories per WPML language with translation-group navigation, and see Advanced Order Export Pro's export status on orders.

  • Added 2

  • Multilingual
  • Orders
  • Integrations
Show the 7 changes

Added

  • WPML taxonomy management: per-language trees, translation-group navigation and creation, translated-parent mapping, and language-safe create, edit, delete, ordering and product assignment.
  • Advanced Order Export Pro's configured Export Status column on Orders, reading the plugin's own exported marker.

Improved

  • Translated category assignments go through the original WooCommerce Multilingual product and are synchronised to translations.
  • Every order and subscription status change, individual or bulk, runs WooCommerce's normal lifecycle exactly once, so notes, supplier exports, emails and stock changes happen as expected.
  • Integrations load only for plugins that are actually active.

Fixed

  • Bulk order jobs no longer stall at the preparation stage on stores where scheduled tasks are not triggered by visitors.
  • Order notes name the store manager who made a status change straight away.

Added

  • A grouped taxonomy selector for Categories, Brands, Tags, global attribute values, shipping classes and custom product taxonomies inside Products.
  • Create reusable global product attributes in context before adding their values.
  • Independent Settings switches for category management and editable order line metadata.

Improved

  • Redesigned taxonomy panel and term dialogs with flat lists, clearer product scopes, structured detail sections and collapsed advanced SEO and social fields.
  • A larger, accessible plus and minus control for expanding and collapsing parent categories.

Fixed

  • Brand discovery, flat custom taxonomies, remembering the route on reload, and editable order line SKU, EAN, supplier and cost fields are restored.
  • New child terms can pick any existing term as parent instead of being forced to the top level.
  • Nested categories are indented consistently.
v1.2.0

A Pro Taxonomies workspace

An opt-in workspace for categories, tags, brands, shipping classes and attribute values, replacing Real Category Management's day-to-day screens.

  • Added 4
  • Performance 1
  • Products
  • Multilingual
Show the 5 changes

Added

  • Automatic discovery of product categories, tags, WooCommerce Brands, shipping classes, global attribute values and custom product taxonomies.
  • Create, edit and delete terms, arrange hierarchy and custom order, collapse trees, view All products and Not assigned, search products, and add, move, remove or drag selected products.
  • Language-scoped views for WPML stores, WooCommerce category and brand metadata, Rank Math term fields and supported ACF term fields.
  • A one-time import of Real Category Management's ordering for custom taxonomies.

Performance

  • Large trees collapse automatically and product pages load a page at a time, so the workspace stays responsive on big catalogues.
v1.1.2

Correct order Origin

The Orders attribution column now shows WooCommerce's formatted Origin rather than a raw referrer address.

  • Fixed 1
  • Orders
Show the 1 change

Fixed

  • The attribution column matches WooCommerce's Origin, and existing stores are refreshed automatically in the background.
v1.1.1

Cost of Goods values shown correctly

Cost of Goods for WooCommerce prices with comma decimals and inherited variation costs display and save correctly.

  • Fixed 3
  • Products
  • Licensing
Show the 3 changes

Fixed

  • Cost of Goods values keep their comma-decimal format and inherited variation costs, and opening the product editor no longer replaces them with values a number field cannot show.
  • Existing products are corrected in the background without rebuilding orders, subscriptions or coupons.
  • Pro builds point at the production FastOps Cloud service and the licence page stays under the FastOps menu.
v1.1.0

Community and Pro editions, licensing and many new integrations

FastOps now ships as a free Community plugin and a Pro add-on with licence activation and signed updates, and gains support for Product Bundles, Event Tickets, Waitlist, Reepay, Vipps/MobilePay, Nexi, CheckoutWC and more.

Show the 11 changes

Added

  • Separate Community and Pro plugins; Pro adds faster saves, hosting certification and certified extension support.
  • Pro licence activation, background licence check-ins with automatic suspend and resume, and signed, verified updates delivered through WordPress.
  • Support for WooCommerce Product Bundles, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, WooCommerce Waitlist, ThemeHigh checkout fields, order due dates, attendee regeneration, the processing email and default-virtual product creation.
  • Payment support for Reepay, Nexi, Vipps/MobilePay, Frisbii and CheckoutWC, and CTX Feed Pro product fields; provider-owned booking and payment flows stay protected rather than approximated.
  • ACF 6.8 compatibility for name-keyed repeater and flexible rows, and Rank Math advanced robots and extended social controls.
  • The WooCommerce Order Attribution referrer in the Order list.
  • Payment badges distinguish Settled, Authorised and Failed at a glance.
  • Supplier, EAN/GTIN, SKU and cost price snapshots on order lines where the store records them, with Cost of Goods totals re-aggregated.

Improved

  • The workspace and editors match the header width, giving wide order lists more room.

Security

  • Community and Pro negotiate a compatible version; a mismatched Pro is paused rather than half-working, and disabling Pro returns saves to the standard path without changing any data.
  • Licence suspension, expiry or a FastOps Cloud outage pauses updates only and never disables installed features.
v1.0.5

Product thumbnails and safer subscriptions, refunds and validation

Product lists show featured-image thumbnails, and subscription, refund, product and coupon edits follow WooCommerce's own rules more closely.

  • Added 1
  • Fixed 9
  • Products
  • Subscriptions
  • Orders
  • Coupons
Show the 10 changes

Added

  • Featured-image thumbnails in product and variation lists, loaded lazily.

Fixed

  • Subscription edits follow WooCommerce Subscriptions' live permissions for items, dates and status changes; payment-token changes stay in WooCommerce's editor and variable-subscription children are created correctly.
  • Refunds are capped to remaining quantities, net and VAT; automatic provider refunds are offered only when supported, and a refund already sent to a provider cannot be deleted as a local record.
  • New orders and subscriptions populate items and totals before the status change.
  • Product edits validate sale-date order, GTIN/EAN format and uniqueness, and default variation attributes; slug changes use WooCommerce's uniqueness handling.
  • Coupon codes are checked for duplicates, and a zero maximum spend means no maximum.
  • Update all variations targets every variation, not just the first 200.
  • Taxable shipping and fee refund rows fill their VAT from the order's own remaining tax, supporting any rate, decimal format and earlier partial refunds.
  • FastOps screens are always served fresh through LiteSpeed, Cloudflare and CDN setups, so an update cannot leave you looking at an older copy.
  • The Product type filter no longer sticks on Preparing product types after a full rebuild or a deactivate and reactivate.
v1.0.4

An explicit Save settings action

Settings are saved with one button and remembered when you reopen them.

  • Fixed 3
Show the 3 changes

Fixed

  • Per-click settings updates are replaced by Save settings, and saved workspace and product editor preferences remain selected on reopening.
  • The Jump to navigator stays below both headers while scrolling, and edit workspaces match the list width.
  • A supplier dropdown registered late by a store's own customisation stays editable with its saved value selected.
v1.0.3

Previous and Next in editors

Move between records without returning to the list.

Show the 2 changes

Added

  • Compact Previous and Next controls and quick search beside the ID in product and order editors, skipping Trash and protecting unsaved edits.

Improved

  • Opening an editor from a direct link no longer loads the record twice.
v1.0.2

A WooCommerce-familiar product editor, VAT previews and phone search

The product editor is reorganised into Product data tabs, orders show live VAT previews and refund availability, and you can search orders by phone number.

Show the 21 changes

Added

  • Order search by billing or shipping phone number, including formatted international numbers.
  • An immediate shipping VAT and VAT-inclusive total preview when the order has one clear VAT rate; WooCommerce still performs the final calculation on save.
  • A sticky section navigator on long order, subscription and coupon editors.
  • Store settings to show or hide the Shipping, Linked products and Advanced product sections, and to hide the operational notice bar; required setup errors stay visible.
  • AI SEO Generator: generate and apply the Rank Math title, description and focus keyword from the product editor.
  • Product attachment editors for WK Product Attachment and Product Attachment for WooCommerce, including files, URLs, visibility, order status, expiry, role and variation rules.
  • A Payment column on Orders when the payment provider stores a payment state locally.
  • A read-only Other stored fields view of previously unregistered product and order fields, excluding anything sensitive.
  • An accounting integration link on the order editor where the store's accounting plugin provides one.

Improved

  • The product editor uses one Product data surface with tabs for Pricing, Inventory, Options and attributes, Variants, Shipping, Linked products, Downloads and Advanced.
  • The order sidebar is ordered Status, Order actions, Order attribution, Organisation and Customer, and scrolls independently on desktop.
  • Refunds show the amount already refunded and the amount still available; Tax is called VAT throughout.
  • Prices, Cost of Goods and other numeric fields, order lines, refunds and totals use WooCommerce's configured decimal and thousands separators and precision.
  • Order price, quantity, tax-class, item, coupon and address changes trigger WooCommerce-equivalent recalculation on save; refund quantities fill proportional totals and VAT.
  • Download permissions appear only when the order contains a downloadable product.

Fixed

  • Open editors no longer jump or drift during saves and background sync.
  • Attachment uploads accept documents, PDFs, archives, audio and video, not just image formats; executable files remain blocked.
  • Cost of Goods fields are restored in the variation editor, with existing variation costs filled in.
  • Search boxes keep spaces, focus and typed text, and picker results always reflect the latest search.
  • Active and on-hold subscriptions on HPOS stores can no longer be skipped by a rebuild, and the deprecated last-payment lookup is replaced.
  • Variation rows stay readable on phone-width screens.
v1.0.1

Extension fields arranged the way store managers work

Cost and profit fields sit in Pricing, codes and supplier fields in Inventory, and an Orders profit column appears with Cost of Goods.

  • Improved 2
  • Fixed 3
  • Products
  • Orders
Show the 5 changes

Improved

  • Third-party cost and profit fields sit in Pricing; GTIN, product codes, supplier inventory and quantity rules sit in Inventory; SEO integrations are consolidated; remaining plugin and ACF groups use one vertical-tab panel.
  • An Orders Profit column immediately after Total when Cost of Goods supplies a computed profit.

Fixed

  • Order notes show price markup as readable text instead of literal tags.
  • Replacing the plugin no longer leaves browsers on an older interface.
  • Cosmetic extension changes no longer trigger a full rebuild of the store's sync.
v1.0.0

FastOps for WooCommerce

A fast standalone workspace for products, variations, orders, subscriptions and coupons, with local search, durable bulk edits and support for the most common WooCommerce extensions.

Show the 14 changes

Added

  • List, create, edit, duplicate and trash products, variations, orders, subscriptions and coupons in a dedicated workspace that loads in a second or less.
  • Local search with counts, filters, product-type filtering for Simple, Variable, Grouped, External and custom types, and media, taxonomy and linked-product pickers.
  • Durable, resumable bulk jobs for the selected, current or all records, with progress, cancellation and an error ledger for records that could not be changed.
  • Support for ACF, registered custom fields, Smart Coupons, WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual, WooCommerce Subscriptions, Rank Math, Cost of Goods, EAN and Checkout Field Editor, plus Product Code for WooCommerce.
  • WPML awareness throughout: product lists filter by language, pickers stay in the record's language, translation editors route shared fields back to the original, and the editor switches between translations with unsaved edits protected.
  • A compatibility inventory of extensions and active code snippets, staging warnings, downloadable support reports and a direct support email action.
  • Per-site WordPress multisite support.

Improved

  • Records are sorted newest first, and editing an older record no longer moves it to the top.
  • Bulk submission returns instantly while targets are gathered in the background, and progress only completes once WooCommerce and extensions have confirmed every change.

Fixed

  • Search text and focus are preserved while background sync progress updates the screen.
  • Exact SKU searches stay within the selected status, type and language view.
  • Abandoned changes are recovered instead of leaving the workspace spinning.

Security

  • Browser sessions are signed, revocable and scoped to the user's capabilities, and every write rechecks permissions.
  • Unknown plugin data is never guessed at or overwritten; unsupported fields are disclosed and linked to WordPress administration.
