Exact plan usage and calmer licence notices
Plan usage now counts your lifetime products, orders and subscriptions exactly, and the store owner sees one clear notice in wp-admin when a licence or plan needs attention.

- One prioritised wp-admin notice when a licence needs attention, a plan allowance is exceeded, or expiry is near, with links to the licence page and your FastOps account.
- Marketing account discovery keeps a visible loading state after you authorise a provider and only shows account choices once discovery has finished, with an explicit retry.
Improved
- Plan usage reports exact lifetime order and subscription totals alongside products; variations are informational and never count against the allowance.
- Trashed records, in both current and legacy trash statuses, are excluded from billable counts.
- Your plan's features are remembered on the store, so a brief loss of contact with FastOps Cloud never interrupts product, order, subscription or coupon work; only Analytics and Marketing depend on the plan including them.
- An update that your host or a backup later rolled back is reported to your FastOps account as a rollback rather than a completed update.
Fixed
- Usage counters are withheld while a store's sync is rebuilding, so a partial sync cannot temporarily understate or reset the store's plan standing.
Performance
- Lifetime totals come from counters FastOps keeps up to date as records change, so the licence check-in no longer re-counts every order and subscription.
