FastOps Inventory is an inventory and warehouse extension for WooCommerce stores. Stock, suppliers, purchase orders, receiving, warehouses, picking, packing, shipping labels, returns and counts live beside your products and orders, every movement is recorded, and WooCommerce stays the source of truth for what the storefront can sell.

Questions about Inventory
Does FastOps Inventory replace WooCommerce stock management?
No. WooCommerce remains the source of truth for the stock the storefront can sell. Inventory adds the movement history, suppliers, purchase orders, locations and warehouse work around it, and writes every stock change through WooCommerce's own rules so every other plugin sees it.
Can I run more than one warehouse?
Yes. Warehouses hold locations and bins with pick priority, stock can be transferred between them, orders can be allocated to a specific warehouse and bin, and putaway and replenishment rules keep bins stocked. Moving a store from one stock figure to per-location stock is a guarded, explicit step.
Which shipping providers are supported?
Labels and tracking run through Shipmondo, Webshipper, nShift, Homerunner, Sendcloud, ShipStation and EasyPost. Certification with each platform is ongoing and is listed under what is still in development, so nobody buys on a promise.
Does it sync stock with Shopify, Amazon or eBay?
Yes. Stock synchronisation to Shopify, eBay, Amazon Seller Central and Walmart US is operational. Pulling orders, fulfilment, cancellations and returns back from those channels is in development.
Does it connect to my accounting system?
Product export to e-conomic, Xero and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is operational. Exchange of purchase documents, receipts and valuation is in development.
Can I track lots, serial numbers and expiry dates?
Yes. A per-product tracking policy records lot or batch, serial number, manufacture and expiry dates and the supplier lot, with quarantine and release, first-expired-first-out picking and a movement trace for every unit.
Which plans include Inventory?
Growth, Scale and Enterprise. It is not an add-on and it is not part of Starter.
How does it compare with ATUM or a separate inventory system?
ATUM lives inside the classic WooCommerce admin and inherits its speed. A separate inventory system means a sync in each direction and two places for stock to disagree. FastOps Inventory sits inside the same fast workspace as your products and orders, keeps WooCommerce as the source of truth and keeps every movement on your own server.
