WooCommerce marketing analytics: ad spend and real profit in one table

FastOps Marketing connects Google Ads, GA4 and Meta to your WooCommerce orders. It matches campaigns to the orders they produced and shows spend, revenue and gross profit side by side, so you see profit on ad spend rather than the ad platform's own version of success.

The FastOps Marketing overview on a connected store: GA4 sessions and purchases, WooCommerce orders and revenue, ad spend, CTR, CPC and platform ROAS, and store profitability with matched gross profit, POAS and contribution after ads, each against the previous period.

The Marketing overview. Traffic, advertising and store profitability on one screen, each against the previous period. Representative figures.

What Marketing does

Everything below ships today. Nothing here is a roadmap item.

Google Ads, GA4 and Meta

Connected in minutes and synced in the background. Add the ones you use.

Campaigns matched to orders

The WooCommerce orders and revenue each campaign, ad set and ad actually produced.

Profit on ad spend

Gross profit divided by spend, beside the platform ROAS, so a campaign that sells low-margin lines is seen for what it is.

Contribution after ads

What is left once cost of goods and ad spend are both taken out.

Six reports

Overview, sales sources, traffic sources, channels, campaigns and ads.

CSV export

Every table exports, with the period comparison included.

Questions about Marketing

What is profit on ad spend and why not ROAS?

ROAS divides revenue by spend and treats a sale of a 5% margin product the same as a 60% one. Profit on ad spend divides gross profit by spend, using the cost of goods your store already records, so campaigns are compared on what they actually earn.

How are campaigns matched to WooCommerce orders?

Orders carry the source, medium and campaign they arrived with, and FastOps matches those to the campaigns reported by Google Ads, GA4 and Meta. The Overview shows matched revenue and profit beside what each platform reports about itself.

Do I need all three platforms connected?

No. Connect the ones you advertise on. GA4 alone gives traffic sources and channels; Google Ads and Meta add spend, campaigns and ads.

Which plans include Marketing analytics?

Growth, Scale and Enterprise, together with Analytics and Inventory. Starter covers Products, Orders, Subscriptions and Coupons.

Try it on the store you already run.

Every plan covers a production store and its staging site, so you can see FastOps for WooCommerce on your own catalogue, answer the questions this page did not, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
