WooCommerce Subscriptions management from one fast desk
FastOps Subscriptions is a workspace for the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension. Search subscriptions, edit schedules, renewal modes and statuses, and move between a subscription and its orders in a second or less.
What Subscriptions does
Everything below ships today. Nothing here is a roadmap item.
Search subscriptions as you type
By customer, email, product or subscription number.
Schedules laid out plainly
Billing interval and period, start, trial end, next payment and end date, editable in place.
Renewal modes and statuses
Manual or automatic renewal, active, on hold, cancelled and pending cancel, with WooCommerce's own rules.
Related orders one click away
The parent order and every renewal, and the way back from an order to its subscription.
Line items and totals
What the subscription bills for, edited with the same editor as an order.
Only there when you use it
The Subscriptions area appears when the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension is active and stays out of the way otherwise.
Fast, and still WooCommerce
- Written through WooCommerceEvery change goes through WooCommerce's own data layer, so hooks fire and other plugins see it.
- Version-checkedA save is checked against the record as it was when you opened it. Two people cannot silently overwrite each other.
- RecordedWho changed what, and when, stays with the record.
- Your data stays on your serverNothing is exported to a third-party service to be edited or analysed there.
Questions about Subscriptions
Does FastOps require WooCommerce Subscriptions?
The Subscriptions workspace uses the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension and appears when it is active. Stores without it simply do not see the area; Products, Orders and Coupons work the same either way.
Can I change a subscription's next payment date?
Yes. Start, trial end, next payment and end dates are edited in the subscription editor and written through WooCommerce Subscriptions, so its own scheduling rules apply and its actions fire.
Will putting a subscription on hold trigger the usual emails?
Yes. Status changes go through WooCommerce Subscriptions, so the emails and hooks configured for that transition run exactly as they would from wp-admin.
Do subscriptions count towards my plan's records?
Yes. Plans are sized on the combined number of products, orders and subscriptions a store holds, so a subscription store is measured on everything it manages, not only on products.
Try it on the store you already run.
Every plan covers a production store and its staging site, so you can see FastOps for WooCommerce on your own catalogue, answer the questions this page did not, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
