▦Analytics
WooCommerce analytics that show profit, not just revenue
FastOps Analytics reads your own WooCommerce data and shows net sales, cost of goods, gross profit and margin for any period, compared with the period before. It splits by currency and language, drills to product and variation, and never adds load to the store your customers are shopping in.
What Analytics does
Everything below ships today. Nothing here is a roadmap item.
Any period against the one before
Today, this week, last month, a custom range: every figure shown with its change against the previous period.
Gross profit and margin
Net sales less cost of goods from your cost-of-goods extension, so the number the accountant cares about is on the first screen.
By currency and language
Multi-currency and WPML stores stay separated instead of being added up as if one.
By product and variation
Which lines make money and which only make revenue, down to the variation.
Product groups
Group products your way, such as by brand or supplier, and see the group's sales and profit over time.
CSV export
Every report exports for your bookkeeper or your spreadsheet.
No load on the storefront
Reports read from your own data in the admin. A busy month of reporting costs your shoppers nothing.
Fast, and still WooCommerce
- Written through WooCommerceEvery change goes through WooCommerce's own data layer, so hooks fire and other plugins see it.
- Version-checkedA save is checked against the record as it was when you opened it. Two people cannot silently overwrite each other.
- RecordedWho changed what, and when, stays with the record.
- Your data stays on your serverNothing is exported to a third-party service to be edited or analysed there.
Questions about Analytics
Where does the cost of goods come from?
From a supported cost-of-goods source installed on the store, such as the official Cost of Goods extension, Profitly or ProfitMetrics. FastOps reads the cost each source records and computes gross profit and margin from it.
How is this different from WooCommerce Analytics?
WooCommerce Analytics reports revenue and orders. FastOps Analytics adds cost of goods, gross profit and margin, splits by currency and WPML language, and adds product groups, with every figure compared to the previous period and exportable to CSV.
Does it send my sales data anywhere?
No. Analytics reads your own WooCommerce data on your own server. Nothing is exported to a third-party service to be analysed there.
Which plans include Analytics?
Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Starter covers Products, Orders, Subscriptions and Coupons; Analytics, Marketing Analytics and Inventory come with Growth and above.
Try it on the store you already run.
Every plan covers a production store and its staging site, so you can see FastOps for WooCommerce on your own catalogue, answer the questions this page did not, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
