Questions about Orders

Does FastOps support HPOS?

Yes, natively. High-performance order storage is supported, and stores that still keep orders in the posts table work the same way, so you can enable HPOS on your own schedule.

Will a status change in FastOps still send the customer email?

Yes. Status changes are written through WooCommerce, so the emails, fulfilment requests and integrations your store runs on a status change fire exactly as they would from wp-admin.

Can I see profit per order?

Yes, when a supported cost-of-goods source is installed, such as the official Cost of Goods extension, Profitly or ProfitMetrics. Cost and profit appear as a column on the order list and on each order, recomputed when the order changes.

Can I bulk change order statuses?

Yes. Bulk jobs on orders snapshot the selected or filtered scope, run in the background with live progress, can be cancelled and keep an error ledger per record.

Does the order desk work with my payment gateway?

Orders from every gateway appear and can be worked. Frisbii orders additionally show the customer, invoice, subscription, card and payment state in the order's integrations sidebar, with direct links.

Try it on the store you already run.

Every plan covers a production store and its staging site, so you can see FastOps for WooCommerce on your own catalogue, answer the questions this page did not, and tell you honestly whether it fits.
