Questions about Products
How many products can FastOps handle?
Catalogues from a few thousand to a million records are within scope. Search and lists are designed to answer in a second or less at any size on a correctly configured store, on shared hosting or a dedicated server. Plans are sized on the combined number of products, orders and subscriptions the store holds.
Does editing in FastOps bypass WooCommerce or my other plugins?
No. Every save is written through WooCommerce's own data layer, so validation runs, hooks fire and extensions such as feeds, waitlists and cost-of-goods sources see the change exactly as if it had been made in wp-admin.
Can I edit variations in bulk?
Yes. The variation matrix shows every variation as a row with price, sale price, stock and SKU, and a bulk job can change the same fields across every variation that matches a filter.
What about fields FastOps does not recognise?
They are shown read-only and never rewritten. Fields owned by supported extensions, such as WPML, Advanced Custom Fields, Cost of Goods and Smart Coupons, are edited through certified adapters with the extension's own rules.
Is the product editor faster than the WooCommerce one?
Yes. The classic editor rebuilds a full page on every click. FastOps opens, edits and saves a product in a second or less on a correctly configured store, which is up to 20× faster than the classic admin on a large store with a typical plugin stack.
