01 · Give a user access
From the WordPress user screen
- As an administrator, open Users in WordPress and edit the person.
- Tick Give this user access to FastOps.
- Choose an Access level: Standard for all day-to-day FastOps operations, or Standard with analytics when they should also see Analytics.
- Save the user. Their existing WordPress role is not changed.
The Users list also has a bulk action to grant or remove FastOps access for several people at once.
- Orders, Products, Subscriptions, Coupons and Activity: every user with FastOps access.
- Analytics and Marketing: only the Standard with analytics level.
- Settings: users allowed to manage FastOps settings.
02 · The three capabilities
For role editors and other plugins
The access levels above are made of three WordPress capabilities. You only need these if you manage roles with a plugin or code.

Administrators can manage settings. Every action in FastOps is still checked against the user's WooCommerce permissions when it is saved.
03 · Workspace-only users
A login that opens straight into FastOps
A user who has FastOps access but no WooCommerce manager role goes directly to the FastOps workspace after signing in and cannot browse the normal WordPress admin screens. This suits warehouse and customer-service staff who only need the workspace.
To give someone both, keep their Shop manager or Administrator role and add FastOps access on top.
